Ring Leader
Our boy has gone and done it - it's official!
Congrats Johnny and Kelley.
By the way, feel free to use the "comments" section of this post to discuss and spread rumors surrounding the engagment. (i.e. shotguns, unplanned circumstances, bribes, etc.)
Pictures of the happy couple.
Whoops, wrong couple. Here we go.

Stupid Dan Dilinger and Aaron's hot cousin always trying to steal the glory. It's my turn to shine!
Alas,
Padres lose first round of playoffs, and I lose the man of my dreams. Se le vi.
Congratulations Johnny! I'm happy for you two. Did you get engaged at THE Sioux Falls? You know what's so awesome about getting engaged at the Sioux Falls? You can tell people that you got engaged at Sioux Falls. Just imagine the banter...
Stranger: So you're a married man are you? Where did you get engaged?
JT: Sioux Falls
Stranger: Oh really? I've been there before. Where in Sioux Falls?
JT: Sioux Falls
Stranger: Yeah, I heard you the first time, but where in Sioux Falls?
JT: Sioux Falls
Stranger: Yeah, but WHERE?
JT: Sioux Falls
Stranger: Do you have a diagnosable mental illness? I'M ASKING YOU WHERE IN SIOUX FALLS DID YOU GET ENGAGED?!!!!!!
JT: I already told you, SIOUX FALLS.
Stranger: You know what, pal?...This conversation is pointless! (Stranger walks off muttering something under his breath.)
JT: (Laughs to himself) What an idiot. I can't believe this guy couldn't figure out that I was engaged at the Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls.
That's so awesome that you'll always have that joke to pull on people. I'm so jealous!
You know, I just realized that it wasn't the Sioux Falls in the background of your pictures, so please disregard the above comment. But imagine if you were....
Again Congratulations!

At first I wasn't sure if it was proper blog etiquette to post congratulations on an engagement to one person on the blog of another.
But if given the choice between offering my regards here or under the terrible visage of Girl-Dave, I believe I've chosen wisely. Besides, one rarely errs by following Jeff's example.
Congrats to you both.
I knew this was big news with nearly 8,000 hits to the page of pictures taken from their engagement, but I had no idea it was this big. Many of you may not know how important this event really was to our nation. Please check my blog to see what you otherwise may not believe.
I can still remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard the news. Congrats John.
