Meet Me in Montauk
Last night my roommates and I watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind for the first time. I had heard many good things about the movie, and they were practically giving it away on ebay, so I bought it without ever seeing it before.
Here's the plot summary:
A couple (Jim Carrey & Kate Winslet) undergo a procedure to erase each other from their memories when their relationship turns sour, but it is only through the process of loss that they discover what they had to begin with.
The movie is an artistic masterpiece. It has a fascinating plot, oustanding acting (Carrey, Winslet, Kirsten Dunst), and great cinematography. I am a huge fan of nonlinear plotlines, and this movie does just that. But because it jumps around so much, I think I need a second (or third) viewing in order to straighten all the events out.
This isn't a movie review, just a recommendation. Go watch it if you haven't already. If anything, go see it just for Jim Carrey. His shaggy-haired, unshaven look makes him look awful sexy.

That crazy chick was Kate W? I remember her from "A Kid in King Arthur's Court", Princess Sarah, man she was good. That's the movie where she gets her portrait painted, right? Yes, it's coming back now. She had a necklace on, a very nice necklace.
